How much will it cost?
While there is no 'base rate', quoting a price for a prototype or project is based on the complexity of the project. Each project is as unique as each of our client ideas and therefore each project is a fairly fluid creative process, and involves an infinite number of variables, it is impossible to quote accurately through our website or by phone until we have some details provided by you.
|
In our many years of experience we can safely say that 80% of the time the following prices for each phase are:
Phase 1 - Concept Development - Ranges from $2,500 up to $3,950 Phase 2 - Refinement and 3D CAD Modeling - Ranges from $2,500 up to $3,950 Phase 3 - Prototype Fabrication- Ranges from $2,000 up to $5,000 (actual prototypes we have created have gone upwards of $5,000 due to the complexity of the product)

What is the Process?
-
If you would like to get started, complete the form at the bottom of this page and describe to us as much as you possibly can about your idea. There is a place you can upload a file to us should you have a concept drawing or other useful file to send us.
-
Once your idea is reviewed, we provide a no obligation free consultation meeting. This can be face-to-face meeting or by a phone. This meeting is so that you can introduce your concept and discuss the possibilities for your idea or invention and also get any questions that you may have answered. A proposal with cost and schedule for developing your concept will be delivered to you in 1 week or less after this meeting.
-
If you approve the proposal, you sign and return to us to get your project started.
What Happens When? Phase 1 - Concept Development - We will explore options for your idea that will expand your imagination for the functional aspects of your invention as well as conceptualizing the visual appearance to enhance your idea to best position it for commercial success and retail sales.
Phase 2 - Refinement and 3D CAD Modeling - We will make minor refinements requested in the Phase 1 review meeting and then model the product in 3D on our state of the art computer systems where the product can be viewed virtually from any angle to confirm functional and esthetic desires are addressed.
Phase 3 - Prototype Fabrication - We will build a sample of your invention for proof of concept, photography and sales materials. You will be able to hold, testing and show your product to the world. * Please Note; Generally, phases 1 and/or 2 must be completed before we can start to develop a prototype.
Phase 4 - We can assist with your logo and company identity design and setting up an e-commerce based web site with the simple and easy to use Paypal merchant processing along with other attractive web features. Your production can be set up as a turn-key/hands off solution positioning you for success!
