Do you want it to have a voice? We can do that too!
Sonos Product Development specializes in making your dreams come true. When we deliver the first plush prototype, it's like Christmas for adults.
That special feeling you had as a kid on Christmas morning is re-lived!
We have designed and prototype plush dolls, toys and animals of every color and shape to fit your imagination. We have produced plush toys with mechanisms, electronic movements and sound. We have done talking, signing and recordable voice boxes for plush prototypes of all different kinds. We have created robotic plush with remote controls to animate the toys from across the room. We can Design, Sew, Mold and decorate the plush toy of your dreams!
The process starts with the vision and direction from you. We then work out the details of the style, look and feel you desire. The plush cloth material and color is selected and any accessories are defined if desired. In phase 1 we produce a concept drawing to show what the prototype will look like. Once the concept drawing of the plush design is approved from phase 1, we start phase 2 and make the patterns, cut and sew a full size prototype. If there are molded features, we will sculpt a master, make a mold and cast the rubber, vinyl or hard plastic parts to be used or sewn into the plush. After the designed plush prototype is complete, it is presented to you.
Sonos has a very talented design staff that is very sensitive to design, marketing and manufacturing issues. We always keep the end goal in sight and are looking to mitigate any future issues by preparing and planning ahead during the design and development of your project for production. We have the experience and ability to effectively bring your product to market with our experienced staff.
