We can create parts FAST from CAD files. Save time & money! We can produce Rapid Prototypes in ABS, Poly Propylene, Nylon or a host of other plastics from .STL (stereolithography) electronic files. Rapid Prototyping is the process used to produce Form, Fit and Function prototypes FAST! These parts are 80% as strong as the injection moldable grade ABS. These parts can be machined, finished and painted if required and are not subject to UV degradation. If you require 3-D CAD documentation or parts design assistance, we can provide that also. The following files we can accept are from Solidworks, Pro-E, ACIS, UGII, Inventor and Cadkey (IGES, PRT, Parasolid, STEP) and other formats.
PLEASE LET US KNOW:
· If a master pattern exists? (Fabricated Model or STL)
· Any special material preferences?
· Color preferences? (Black is stock color)
· Any threaded inserts required? Quantity per part?
· Graphics required? How many colors?
· Quantity of parts required in total or per month.
