Reaction Injection Molding is the perfect solution for cost effective, low-volume production of enclosures for medical, electronic and other high-tech equipment manufactured in quantities of 5 – 500 parts per month. Our cast urethane exhibits ABS-like qualities, and can be molded in our stock black or in custom colors. It can be machined, painted, and textured. Inserts and other components can be molded in. Fast turnaround!
Urethane RIM Molding is the answer to your manufacturing challenge if any of the following conditions apply to your project:
- Part quantity required is low. (5 - 500 per month)
- You need an alternative to expensive tooling.
- Part sizes are from 1 inch to very large. (60x100 inches or larger)
- 5-500 prototypes required for beta testing before committing to expensive production tooling.
- Rapid turnaround required for shorter development cycle.

Paint, Graphics & Custom Finishes:
We recommend painting with RIM molding to ensure a uniform surface. We include painting of our standard black parts.
If you require a custom color or a high performance finish, we can provide that also. Graphics is also one of our specialties. We can accept your art work files to scale or design and generate custom art for your project. One or multiple colors…no problem!

The following files we can accept are from Solidworks, Pro-E, ACIS, UGII, Inventor and Cadkey (IGES, PRT, Parasolid, STEP) and other formats.
PLEASE LET US KNOW:
